We have two standard factual due diligence products but are happy to tailor them to provide something bespoke if that is required.

Standard

- Credit checks on any adverse financials.
- Proof of residence.
- Right to work in the UK verifying personal identity and immigration status.
- DBS criminal record check.
- A qualification check to verify educational claims.
- A check on professional qualifications if any.
- Confirmation of current place of work & contact information.
- Social Media Review of Facebook and/or Twitter accounts for the last 6 months.
- The price for our standard product is £249 + VAT.

Enhanced

This includes all of the standard package, plus:
- Directorship & Company Reports to reveal any current or potential conflicts of interest.
- Associated Parties Check, as above, but focusing on parties close to the applicant (i.e. business partners or spouses).
- Employment Reference Check of the current and previous two employers.
- Employment Gap Verification, verifying what the applicant was doing during any gaps in employment.
- For professionals, a Business Case Review to contact three clients identified by the applicant, verifying statements about their following.
- A detailed report with analysis of our results/findings, setting out areas of concern.
- We can also provide Pre-Employment Health Screening, including drugs screening if required.
- The price for our enhanced product is £1249 + VAT.

Behavioural Profiling

- The best way to understand how someone will fit into your business is to profile them.
- Better still if you create a benchmark to show the type of person and behaviours you are looking for.
- Profiling is also useful where you have someone already working in the business who is not delivering or is not behaving in the way you would like them to. Getting them to complete a profile will help you understand why.
- We are accredited users of parallax Profiling which we believe to be the most comprehensive and advanced profiling system available.
- Pricing depends on exactly what you want and how you want it presented but we will agree a fixed price for any profiling project.
